Introduction & planning
From our first meeting, we take the time to understand your brief, lifestyle and aspirations, while carefully assessing the site and its context on your behalf. Planning controls, zoning requirements, orientation, adjacencies and site constraints are also considered early, allowing us to set a clear direction and guide the project confidently through the appropriate approval pathway from day one.

Concept design
In this stage, we translate the brief and site conditions into a considered architectural response. Concept floor plans and façade designs are developed to establish spatial flow, scale and architectural expression, while responding to planning requirements and the surrounding context. Now, the overall structure of the home and its relationship to the site and street is defined, giving you confidence in the direction before we progress further.

Design coordination
Once the concept is resolved, Sici manages the coordination of the design with all required consultants, including town planners, structural engineers and specialists. Your project is in excellent hands. We oversee this process to ensure the architecture is technically resolved, compliant and buildable, while maintaining the integrity of the original design intent.

Review & authority submission
We carefully review and refine all architectural documentation before managing the submission process in full. Your project is lodged with the appropriate authority, either a private certifier or local council, with a focus on accuracy, compliance and clarity, supporting a smooth and efficient approval process.

Construction support
Following approval, Sici continues to guide the project through construction as required. We provide clarification of design intent, coordinate with builders and consultants, and review architectural elements on site to ensure the approved design is delivered as intended.

Introduction & planning
Sici leads the interior design process from the beginning with a clear understanding of how your home will be lived in. We take time to understand your lifestyle, priorities and aspirations, while considering the broader project context, ensuring the interior direction is grounded, considered and aligned from the outset.

Moodboard direction
We establish the interior direction through carefully considered moodboards that define tone, material palette, textures and atmosphere. This stage provides clarity and alignment early, allowing decisions to be made with confidence before moving into detailed design.

Concept design
We develop conceptual 3D visualisations of key spaces to clearly communicate the interior vision. This allows you to understand proportions, materials, and lighting, and to experience the design intent visually before it is documented.

Design development
Now the interior concept is refined into detailed design development drawings, resolving layouts, detailing, material relationships and joinery intent. In this stage, Sici leads the refinement process to ensure the interiors are cohesive, functional and well resolved, ready to move seamlessly into documentation.

Construction documentation
In the final stage, we prepare detailed construction documentation to ensure the interior design is accurately executed on site. This documentation provides clarity for builders and trades, protects the design intent, and supports a smooth construction process through to coordination and completion.
