Our brief for Mosman was nothing less than a once-in-a-lifetime family home. A residence that felt luxurious, sculptural and deeply refined, with spaces dedicated to wellness, entertaining and moments where generations could come together.
The project features a warm, Mediterranean-inspired palette with solid stone moments, generous rooms and a true sense of sanctuary throughout. Every detail is intended to feel calm and crafted to the highest standard.
The celebrated coastal light of Mosman, along with its green character and elevated outlooks, informed the calm, open architectural feel of the home. This structure provided generous volumes and natural light, which guided Sici’s interior approach toward warmth and sculptural form.

Inside, the floor plan is designed around flow, family life and sanctuary. Open living and entertaining areas encourage connection, while carefully placed private zones, such as the master suite and wellness retreat, provide places of reflection and retreat. Movement throughout the home feels intuitive, with sculptural transitions reinforcing a sense of softness and ease.
“The overwhelming feelings of Sirius Residence are warmth, calm, and deep luxury. It will be like stepping into your very own private boutique hotel designed purely for wellbeing and elevated living every day.”
– Maria Papadopoulos, Architect & Founder

The material palette is warm and grounded, defined by solid natural stone, light timbers and soft neutral renders. Sculptural, curved detailing is used throughout to soften transitions and bring cohesion across the home. Together, these materials create a sense of harmony between the many different zones, allowing the interiors to feel unified, composed and considered.
The kitchen is conceived as a sculptural centrepiece, generous in scale and anchored by statement stone, balancing everyday functionality with visual presence and refinement.

Living spaces are warm and light-filled, designed to support daily family life while comfortably accommodating more formal entertaining.
The dining space is positioned to capture generous natural light, elevating everyday meals and creating a setting suited to both intimate gatherings and larger occasions.
With a complete wellness retreat (including a gym, sauna, steam room, ice bath and feature glass bricks), multiple family rooms, a sculptural climate-controlled wine cellar and a walk-in robe, every experience moving through the house feels intentional and effortlessly elevated.
“Complementary spaces raise this residence far beyond a standard high-end home.”
– Maria Papadopoulos, Architect & Founder

Master retreats are soft and composed, with the master suite offering a private, hotel-like retreat defined by restraint, refinement and a strong sense of comfort.
Bathrooms are stone-rich and spa-like, detailed with care to create calm, immersive spaces that feel considered and enduring.
This home embodies the DNA of Sici: exceptional detail, deep consideration, warm materiality, sculptural softness and understated luxury. In particular, the solid stonework, the harmony across multiple hero spaces, and the level of construction combine to elevate the residence to a rare calibre.
