For Flavelle Residence, the focus was on creating warm, modern interiors with a refined and understated feel. The result is a family home that feels calm, functional and quietly elevated, without unnecessary complexity.
The brief for Flavelle was to create interiors that felt cohesive and easy to live in, with particular attention given to the kitchen, living area and master bedroom. Sici responded with a soft material palette, practical planning and gentle refinement throughout.
A simple architectural layout allowed warmth to be introduced through materials, curves and thoughtful detailing, enhancing the flow and comfort of the main living areas while keeping the overall feel relaxed and composed.
The interior palette is defined by natural stone, warm timbers, and soft neutral finishes, complemented by brushed-metal accents. Together, these materials create a sense of cohesion and subtle depth without overwhelming the spaces.

The kitchen is clean and warm in character, combining natural stone accents, light timbers and a practical layout designed for easy everyday use.
The living space is comfortable, light-filled and welcoming, supporting relaxed family life. The dining area is simple and functional, connected directly to the main living spaces to encourage ease and flow.
The master bedroom was designed as a peaceful retreat within the home. A place of refinement without excess, with everything in place for absolute comfort.
Flavelle reflects Sici’s signature warmth, simplicity and considered use of materials. The project demonstrates how key spaces, particularly the kitchen, living area and master bedroom, can elevate a home through thoughtful detail and understated design.
