Dubai Residence is a landmark Sici interiors project, currently under construction. Shaped by the clients’ ambitious brief, the home combines grand volumes with sculptural detailing, monumental stonework and steel accents, balanced by warm, textural finishes bathed in the signature light of this vibrant city.
The project began with a clear and confident brief, to design a family home that reflects the scale and presence associated with Dubai architecture, while remaining grounded in the warmth, refinement and detail that define Sici’s ethos. The clients placed full trust in the studio, allowing creative freedom to develop an interior language unlike anything previously undertaken.
The interiors are organised to support both large-scale living and more private moments. Expansive shared spaces are paired with quieter zones of retreat, with careful planning ensuring the home feels intuitive to move through despite its size. Material choices and detailing are used to create cohesion and clarity throughout the residence.
A powerful yet balanced palette underpins the interiors. Dramatic natural stone, steel detailing, warm timbers and soft renders are layered to create depth without excess. Each material has been selected to respond to Dubai’s light and climate, contributing to an interior environment that feels perfectly at home.

Stone and steel are defining elements throughout the project. Monumental stone forms are integrated across walls, transitions and feature elements, while steel detailing introduces structure and contrast. Used together, these materials establish a strong visual identity and allow the interiors to carry scale and weight without feeling generic.
The floorplan is designed around flow, hierarchy and sanctuary. Large communal spaces support hosting and gathering, while private areas, particularly the master suite, are set apart to offer retreat. Curves, sightlines and layered material transitions soften movement throughout the home, ensuring the experience remains intuitive and composed.
The kitchen is conceived as a sculptural, stone-anchored centrepiece. Warm timbers and steel accents are layered with refined detailing to support both scale and usability. Designed to accommodate large gatherings as well as daily family life, this space balances presence with material restraint.

Living and dining spaces are generous in scale and shaped by proportion and material expression. Stone, steel and warm finishes work together to ground these volumes, creating environments suited to hosting while remaining connected to everyday living. Each space carries its own atmosphere while contributing to a cohesive interior language.
Bathrooms are rich in stone and highly detailed. Material selection, lighting and forms work together to create immersive spaces that feel substantial and refined. These spaces continue the project’s emphasis on craftsmanship and material consistency, without relying on ornamentation.
The residence’s wellness area features an expansive gym, hot and cold plunge, sauna and steam room; a place of to find balance between relaxation and luxury.
This Residence reflects our ability to work confidently at scale while maintaining a high level of interior resolution. Through careful planning, material discipline and precise detailing, this residence sets a new benchmark for what a sophisticated Dubai home can be in the hands of Sici.
