- Project Type Residential
Belvoir Residence is a refined family home shaped by its coastal proximity and suburban context. The holistic design by Sici balances a confident architectural presence with interiors that are warm, layered and intricately detailed.
Sici was approached to design a home informed by the coast, prioritising light, openness and material richness without relying on literal seaside expression. While the architecture is grounded, the interiors feel calm, tactile, and quietly luxurious.
By leading both the architecture and interior design, Sici ensured the home was resolved as a cohesive whole. Spatial planning encourages flow and connection across the main living areas, while still creating moments of retreat and privacy. The result is a residence that feels balanced, personal, and designed for long-term family living.

The interior material palette is rich, layered and deliberately opulent, balanced by restraint and warmth. Calacatta Vagli marble is used to introduce movement and elegance, its expressive veining bringing depth and character to key interior moments. This is paired with Tundra Grey limestone, giving the home a cooler neutrality.
A green marble is introduced as a feature element, providing contrast and richness within the palette. Used selectively, it adds depth and drama.
“These stones are layered alongside warm joinery and refined detailing, creating interiors that feel luxurious without excess and are connected to the home’s coastal context through tone and texture rather than overt references.”
– Maria Papadopoulos, Architect & Founder

The kitchen was conceived as a central, functional space that is elegant and timeless. Stone surfaces are paired with warm joinery to balance strength and softness, while clean lines and careful detailing allow the materials to take focus.
Designed for daily use, the kitchen integrates seamlessly with the surrounding living spaces, supporting both family life and entertaining guests.
Living and dining spaces are open, light-filled and grounded by material continuity, with generous proportions and a restrained palette. These areas are designed to support everyday family living while maintaining a quiet elegance with subtle nods to the home’s coastal influence.

The master bedroom is a quiet sanctuary within the home. Layered materials, refined stone detailing, and a soft tonal palette create a sense of calm and intimacy, offering separation from the more active areas of the residence.
This space reflects a boutique-hotel sensibility that’s composed, warm, and restorative, while remaining deeply personal and attuned to our client’s vision.
Positioned at the rear of the property, the wellness area is a private retreat overlooking the pool. It extends the home’s interior language into a more contemplative, wellness-focused setting.
Designed as a space for restoration and pause, the visual and physical connection to the pool enhances a sense of calm, creating a dedicated zone for movement, relaxation, and wellbeing.
Belvoir Residence is a considered expression of architecture and interior design working in harmony. Currently in construction, the home balances strength with softness, and clarity with warmth. With thoughtful planning, refined materials, intricate detailing and integrated health spaces, this is a timeless family home ready for years of comfort, calm, and elevated wellbeing every day.
