ONE Burleigh is a collection of luxury penthouses defined by warmth, restraint and refined coastal living. The interiors by Sici are conceived as calm, architectural sanctuaries where natural materials, soft tonal transitions and considered detailing create spaces that feel elevated yet deeply livable. Designed for Burleigh’s beautiful coastal setting, these penthouses balance quiet luxury with longevity and effortless grace.
The brief for ONE Burleigh was to create a cohesive series of high-end penthouse interiors that are timeless, grounded, and connected to their surroundings. Drawing from the warmth of the coastal landscape, Sici developed an interior language of natural tones, tactile materials and architectural clarity.
The layouts are clear and well-proportioned, allowing natural light and outlooks to be the focus. Each penthouse has been intentionally crafted for a relaxed yet refined coastal lifestyle.
The material palette is warm and textural, anchored by natural stone and timber. Taj Mahal stone is used as the primary feature stone within the living and kitchen areas, offering subtle movement and refinement. Warm timber joinery introduces depth and softness throughout the interiors.

Currently in construction, ONE Burleigh is being delivered in collaboration with Sici’s trusted construction partners and specialist trades. Particular attention has been given to stone detailing, bespoke joinery and refined junctions to showcase a high level of craftsmanship.
Low-VOC finishes, durable natural materials,and energy-efficient lighting have been specified throughout, supporting healthy living environments and long-term performance.
The kitchens are designed as refined, sculptural spaces anchored by Taj Mahal stone and warm timber joinery. Clean lines and restrained detailing allow the materials to speak for themselves, creating kitchens that are elegant, practical, and timeless. These are spaces ready for both everyday living and sophisticated entertaining, without ostentation.
Living spaces are open, calm, and light-filled, defined by warmth and material continuity. These interiors encourage a relaxed flow between living, dining, and outdoor areas, making the most of this prized coastal location. Dining areas are kept intentionally simple and well-integrated within the overall design language of the penthouses.
The master bedroom is conceived as a private retreat defined by softness and restraint. Travertine features prominently in this space, adding natural texture and an atmosphere of calm. Warm timber elements and a muted palette enhance the feeling of sanctuary, offering a quiet contrast to the more social areas of the penthouse.
ONE Burleigh represents Sici’s philosophy of responding to place, materiality and lifestyle.
